Buttons showing white?

I have a 2014 GC overland and the buttons for the adaptive cruise control are Turing white on the lower edge....it's like the black has worn off....I really never use them, have had the vehicle only since may....anybody else experiencing that?

Re: Buttons showing white?

Is yours a 2014? Dealer give you any hassle about it?

Yes it s a 2014 ! I've had soooo many problems with this SUVs, they had no choice ! My car has been at the dealer for the last 2 weeks . It's insane ! Read my previous posts ! I have no more energy !! but trust me ! They can't say anything ! I ve bought a brand new GC, so I'm expecting it to be in mint condition !

Glad to hear it, and totally disappointing the things you needed to go through to get where you are today!

Re: Buttons showing white?

At the dealer now. Service advisor stated button is worn out from use and wouldn't be covered. Unreal. Said tech will look at it and they will call Chrysler. So frustrating. I'm sure in the end it will be replaced but why put up a fight. Its a defect. Car isn't even three months old.

They have changed mine, but unsurprisingly when I left the dealer I realized they forgot to plug back the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel.... Why am I not even a tad surprised... I will say it openly., Jeep definition of quality control is an oxymoron.....
