Really! So, these Moog parts that retail for $19.95 aren't basically the same thing you're selling expect perhaps for the durameter rating of the bushing material and of course the length and orientation of the link itself to fit the Jeep?

Well, that may be true and I've certainly heard of people tearing up these types of rod ends though I've run them on the street for years without issue, but not on my daily driver. You would probably need greasable tie rod end links so I can see how the price might climb. Then again, the factory pieces use tie rod type end links already......

Oh, and I'm still trying to figure out what measurable effect these have on a 5000 lb SUV with soft springs and tall tires (even the 20's are tall tires, from a performance point of view). You've still got the soft rubber main bushings supporting the bars and you aren't increasing the bar size or torsional rigidity so what exactly are these doing?

I used Castrol Syntec Synthetic Grease. http://www.castrol.com/castrol/sectiongenericarticle.do?categoryId=9012235&conten tId=7036196

Right on the tube it says: Superior performance under extreme high and low temperatures. Exceptional resistance to water, rust, dirt and corrosion.

No heim joints too noisy for this application but zerk fittings would be nice so they could be easily regreased.

Re: BWoody Sway Links - A new potential problem

Mike, you asked me to call you Monday morning which I did. I've left two messages for you now, neither of which have been returned. I'd like to get this sorted out.

I've also sent emails to him at the address he gave to get replacements but no reply yet. Maybe he's getting more parts?

Re: BWoody Sway Links - A new potential problem

Mike called me back this morning and gave me the update he posted above - they are sourcing new washers and will be contacting people once they arrive in a few business days.

He suggests using Copper or Aluminum Neverseize on the bushings as it has the best resistance to wash-off - better than grease.

Re: BWoody Sway Links - A new potential problem

Has anyone heard back from Mike at BWoody on the bolt and washer offer? I sent two e-mails to him as he requested but they went unopened and have not heard back from him.
