Capless fuel filler part

Hello,

I've searched alot and can't find any answers...

My capless fuel filler broke while filling my tank this morning on my 2014 Overland. Warranty is long gone because of mileage...

I found a replacement part, #68210536AB but this part is not the one broken in my case... it's the locking tabs in the filler tube end that locks into part #68210536AB that are broken...

Looking on parts diagrams, this part seams only available with the filler tube for 500$.

Take a look on attached picture from Ebay, the gray portion with green o-ring on the left is what i'm looking for. Does anyone know what part number is this? Is this a replaceable part?

thanks

edit: wrong part number on picture and post

Re: Capless fuel filler part

Sorry, can only ask if you tried either RockAuto.com or it you tried locating a replacement from a dismantled or auto junk yard where you can remove the part off a Jeep that had been totaled and put up for sale for parts? My Jeep is an 18 year old 1997 Grand Cherokee 4L in-line 6cyl 4x4. The more I see prices on newer Jeeps, the more I love my old one. It's very inexpensive to repair and paid off many years ago.

Sorry, hope getting a part from a junk yard will help you. Best of luck.

Thanks,
I tried RockAuto... 550$ for tje entire assembly.
I checked around, no 2014 in junkyards near me...

I tried putting a bead of RTV and let it set overnight, It was holding pretty well this morning. I know RTV doesn't like gas. let's hope for the best.

worst case I will buy a 2013 gas filler on rockauto at 90$ and try it.
