Chrome Trim

My chrome trim around my windows and my roof bars are all tarnished and dull, why? Its been this way since day one. The mirrors, handles, and rear lip trim are all fine.....

Re: Chrome Trim

Hmmm that's definately not normal especially if it came that way from day 1. Could there be a protective film on that wasn't removed during vehicle prep?

As for maintaining chrome parts. You need to clean and wax chrome accents quite often to avoid rust issues. I washed and waxed the chrome on my 06 Liberty and after 4 years it was still like new. Doing the same thing on my WK2.
