Climate control blowing floor and panel in auto.

I believe this started right after I had the jeep in for the remote start climate control fix plus recall and transmission tsb (2-3 weeks). Before in auto mode the air would blow out the upper vents 90% of the time (I'm in FL) now unless the temp is set to 'LO' air blows through the floor and panel vents. I can manually override it but of course that turns auto fan control off as well. Anyone else have this issue? I've already tried pulling the negative off the battery hoping a reboot would fix this but no such luck.
I'm worried the dealer is just going to say that's how it's supposed to work and waste my time going there.

lt4vette is on a distinguished road
I had exactly this problem today, for the first time (9000 km, June 13 build). When I manually overode it, as you say, it did the right thing. After 10 minutes I set it back to auto, and all was well again. I'm getting the first service on Monday, and the dealer told me there is a flash for the hvac which they'll apply, although they will have no idea what it fixes - probably the hot/cold issue which I don't have. I think you should report as it's a bit hard to claim normal operation. Given how rarely (once!) it has occurred for me, I doubt I'll see any change - unless it happens again of course!
