Re: Clock keeps resetting

Started up this morning at 6:05am.. time read 10:30 which makes no sense at all. Date is now showing 1/1/2012, I didn't check the time zone. Left it alone all the way to work but it didn't change. I'm going to manually reset it at lunch and see how it goes.

Re: Clock keeps resetting

Got in the car this morning and the clock showed 3:22 (my time was 7:22).

Went into the settings and selected "Central Time" which is my time zone and the clock correctly adjusted to 7:22. I didn't think to check the date, but looking at the past posts I probably should. I don't want to be living in the past or anything ha!

Give that a try and you should be good. I'm pretty sure it was due to the Leap Day.

Re: Clock keeps resetting

Maybe your Flux Capacitor needs a good jolt.

My Overland isn't having this problem, but my clock is set to sync with GPS. Are all the problem clocks in Laredos without nav? Also, my Overland doesn't show the date.

Re: Clock keeps resetting

Same problem started for me yesterday on my 2014 GC Laredo. Glad to hear it's not some electrical problem.

Re: Clock keeps resetting

My 2015 Altitude is doing something similar, on my way to work, the clock froze at 7:44am on Monday, and 7:30am today. I also got an error message on the screen (minutes later) saying "9-1-1 Vehicle Phone Requires Service". I reset the radio yesterday but it came back today. I unregistered my truck from Uconnect today, reset the radio, and hopefully it won't happen again.

Re: Clock keeps resetting

Same issue here, also just had software bumped because I found a TSB for the radio. 2/29 AM time was reset. I set the clock and it was fine all day. Then 3/1 AM it was back to 12:00 and date was Jan,1,2012. At this point I did not reset it because I wanted to see if left along would it roll over or would it reset again this morning 3/2. It was not reset this morning, so on the way to work I entered the correct time. We'll see what it says tomorrow morning. Seems like a leap year date change issue. I hope that's it anyway.

Re: Clock keeps resetting

So far so good.. The date and time have stayed put. Of course the buttons, Bluetooth, and everything else keep screwing up as usual. Even with the latest 12/9 update. But hey.. It's a Chrysler.

Mine did the same thing. Default to 12:00. I don't think it knew how to compute leap year. Works fine since March 1

Re: Clock keeps resetting

Add one more to the list! Mine did the same thing for the day. Reset everything on 3/1/16 all has been good. I smell a software bug!
