Were the headlights on your Lexus vented or sealed?

I'm not sure. I would have to double check.

The 2012 CRD Overland I traded in never had this problem.
My 2014 Limited diesel has done this several times, but what concerns me is that it's present AFTER being operated. Just noticed it tonight. The headlamps would have been running for at least a half hour. I pull into the driveway and they are fogged.

It looks like the photos on the TSB and on this forum, but is that normal for them to be fogged after running, and not sitting?

Had taken it to the dealer about this before, and they said it was normal.... normal for Jeep, perhaps.

I get mild condensation in mine. It is "normal" for this particular headlight design. I wouldn't worry about it unless you're getting the heavy condensation as shown in the TSB pictures.

Re: Condensation in headlights

Not sure if it was mentioned in the last 4 pages but throw a silica packet in the back of the bulb compartment, i just did the 2014 headlight swap on my 2011 and same thing happened to one, person helping me with the install suggested one of those packets that come in shoes and jacket pockets sometimes, worked like a charm, not even a single spot since then as it asborbs moisture
