Coolant leak

Hoping someone can answer my question - please excuse the ignorance.
I have a 2013 GC CRD which has started leaking green coolant - hard to see but I think from the bottom right hand side of the radiator as you look at it through the lower grille from the front. Thing is, the coolant in the top up tank for the main radiator is red i.e the organic stuff. After reading some similar posts about split radiators etc on here Im thinking the ac system radiator has its own fluid - yes?

Re: Coolant leak

I have a 2012 (MY13) Grand Cherokee 3 litre CRDi and my air conditioner radiator developed a crack in the bottom left hand side of the vehicle and green liquid spilled everywhere. The genuine replacement radiator was about $900 wholesale, I believe, & I had an aftermarket one supplied for about $500 retail, plus fitting.
Good luck.
Regards, John.

Re: Coolant leak

The green fluid could be the green dye in the ac refrigerant
