Couple of random issues in a new JGC Altitude

I bought my Altitude 3-weeks ago and it has less than 1k miles and a couple of minor issues popped up.

1- I can't lower the rear passenger side window from the driver controls. It's not the motor, since it'll go up/down no problem from the passenger control. It must be the driver-side module that's busted. I assume they need to remove the entire interior door panel to replace?

2- I didn't notice this on my test-drive, but my steering wheel is not aligned properly when driving straight. The car won't pull in either direction...it just looks like the factory didn't properly install it. More annoying than anything. I'll take a pic later to show you all what I mean.

I assume any dealership will correct these issues under warranty? The dealer I bought from is far away and not convenient.

Couple of random issues in a new JGC Altitude

#2 is a common issue. My Overland is was exactly the same way, steering wheel was not center. I have no idea how it made it out of the factory that way. Took it in and they did a front end alignment. All is well now.

Also, it doesn't matter where you bought it from. I bought my GC 600 miles away, but I still use my local dealer's service dept no issue. In fact, I never buy cars where I live. Never have an issue with service.

Ok, great! Somewhat glad to hear it's a common issue. This is my first Chrysler product so I wasn't sure how they handled warranty service. Thanks!

my 2015 overland also had the crooked steering wheel. about 3 degrees to the right. noticed it on the highway. i brought it in and the dealer did a toe adjustment, now its perfect. it never pulled it was just annoying to look at.

Exactly...it doesn't pull but looks/feels awkward. Cant believe they let them leave the factory like this. Makes you wonder what else they missed.

They will be able to replace that switch module without removing the door panel. Very easy to swap out with a new one.

Made an appointment to have both issues fixed by the dealer. They can't get me in till next Thursday, which sucks because I have a set of 1.25" BORA spacers that I was hoping to install this weekend. Guess it'll have to wait
