cusomter Service/case managers 800 number rigged
OK so hopefully you ve read about my problem with "Premium Leather" detailed below. But I thought I would cluse everyone in as to how Chrysler customer service phone system works.
first all calls are routed to Canada.
Your first call in is level one where they assure you they will take care fo your problems and someone will call you back within 24 hours and give you a case number (my call did notcome I had to call level 1 back again)
Then finally your call is returned by level 2 who assures you they are going to help give you a 855 number and a seven digit extention along with a first name in my case the guys name was Chris.
Then you hear nothing
Then you call back:
On the first call you might get an actual pickup or get a nice voicemail saying to leave a message. You leave a message an no calls you back.
BUt their phone system is set up where it learns your number and subsiquent calls just recieve a beep. no voice no nothing. no call back
HOWEVER, if you call from another phone number guess what your case manager answers and sounds suprised to hear your voice.
The case manager will tell you that everything is going to be fixed to your satisfaction. Then the following happens:
In the end, zero help in the end from chris my case manager at the 800 number infact I think all it did was make the dealer mad.
I see why people get so upset now and vow to never buy another this or that just as I vow to NEVER buy another chrysler product and til the day I die tell people jsut how terrible I was treated .
