Re: Damn it...Now My 2014 Overland Has A Transmission Issue!

**UPDATE**

FINALLY...Chrysler Customer Care has located a dealership in my area that has agreed to perform the latest V6 transmission TSB reflash, and address the steering wheel vibration at highway speeds...and to think it only took a little over a month! My appointment is for Nov 17th. I still think it's joke that I first have to contact Chrysler Customer Care in order to get TSB work performed.

...of course I have to pay for the rental since no loaner will be provided, but Chrysler Customer Care said they would reimburse me $35 per day. So this means I'll be sporting the cheapest POS they have to offer since the cost to rent another GC would be like double that price.

Fingers crossed this solves my V6 transmission rough downshifting issues in the lower gears.

Good Luck!! Hate to see people have that much problems with their new vehicle. Other than the 1-2 cold tranny jump, mine has been pretty good otherwise.

When cold and driving through our work parking lot it stays in 1 longer than should then finally to 2nd gear. This is only time I notice it as we have to go slow. I'm not overally concerned about it, that is what warranties are for.

And that's why I say it doesn't really bother me. I'll have the latest TSB's done when I go in next time.

And when it does eventully shift, is it a normal shift or does it bang into second gear?
