Dash shutting down

Just curious, anyone having issues where the entire dash shuts down? I mean everything from instrument cluster to radio unit to A/C, etc. On mine, it eventually comes back on... Usually had a check engine light and a random error message before it happens... which goes away afterwards.

Dealer's having a heck of a time figuring it out, wanted to know if anyone else maybe found a fix...

I assume the recall has been completed and all grounds have been secured and tightened?

Mine did this once after going through a car wash. When I got home, I pushed all the fuses down in their seats. All of them could be pushed down about 3/16". I don't know if that was what the problem was, but it's been about 5 months/5000 miles and it hasn't happened again.

Sorry to hear that you are STILL having troubles with your SECOND Jeep. And I thought my issues were bad...

Hopefully the dealer gets it figured out, or maybe offers you a new vehicle. The third time's the charm... ;)

Yeh, my wife's '14 did it again a few weeks ago. No dash when she started it up coming out of the grocery store. Radio was playing but nothing on the 8.4AN screen either. She put it in gear and jumped on the cross town expressway and after a couple of minutes she said the dash and the radio SLOWLY faded in to normal brightness. It's never thrown a CEL or any message in the EVIC.

Recall was done a few months ago and I did the fuse push down thing middle of last year.

It's never laid down on me but it sure makes me nervous when it does this weird crap.....plus having to hear about it from the wife. Jeep ought to have to pay me pain and suffering just for that.
