no need to feel uncomfortable. if they want your business, they'll go a long way towards earning it by not giving you grief for having bought it elsewhere.
maybe have a chat with service manager beforehand. i'm pretty sure he won't turn away a potential service customer. just remember, if you're going there only for warranty work, don't expect royal treatment.
I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.
