Re: Dealer won't fix TSB....
I hear my fuel sloshing around when I'm backing in and out of my driveway now. Didn't notice it before. I kind of wish they didn't tell me about it with their TSB ;-)
The chances of me having the dealer tear the back end of my Jeep apart to put in a new fuel tank is next to none. The sloshing sound doesn't worry (or bother me) nearly as much as the thought of having a "no longer newly assembled" vehicle.
I know how it works. One or two of the screws are difficult to reach so why bother putting them in. And, the rubber spaces? Those are easy to forget to install... I know that I'm being a negative Nancy about this but 30 years of experience have kind of tainted my thoughts on repair shops...
