Any dealers that actually work on cars in Southern California?

I took my JGC to the one in downtown LA a couple times, and they just hold on to it for a while and then tell me everything is normal. I'm going to start putting a piece of clear tape on the hood before I go in so I see if they actually opened it.

My 2013 limited v6 4x2 with 23k miles on it gets about 11mpg city, 14 - 15 mpg combined. Dealer says it's a big car, that's normal.

It also squeals intermittently from the front end, dealer said they couldn't hear it. Sounds like what others on this forum have posted where the solution was replacing the compressor.

It has a constant hissing from the passenger side dash. When I dropped it off, the service advisor said it sounded like an airplane. When I picked it up, dealer said they compared it to another 2013 they had in the shop, and that's normal.

Emergency brake barely engages and feels like it doesn't quite disengage. Hoping fixing this will help the MPG, I took it in and the service advisor (who clearly has a flu/plague) tries to get me to leave without having it checked out by a mechanic. Feels good to him on a flat surface, why waste time? "E brakes are just support, they aren't supposed to actually work..."

There are other little things, like the sunroof rattle (non-pano), but really the MPG is all I care about. If I'm getting 11 mpg city, I want it in a V8 4x4. It's ridiculous that I'm getting this in a V6 4x2.

So, has anybody in Southern California had warranty service at a dealer that actually did something (other than flashes or recalls)?

I have found Jeremy Battat at Scott Robinson Jeep in the South Bay area to be a great ally dealing with whatever issues have arisen with my 2011 Summit.

Granted, there haven't been many, but he successfully submitted a warranty claim for a drivers door interior panel replacement due to some color fading on the saddle leather. My car is 3 1/2 yrs old and has 40K miles. I do have an extended Chryco warranty.

I will try to buy my 2017 GC from those guys when the time comes.....
