ECO mode off is much better. Even better is sport mode but it really holds those gears long so it's not too practical for day to day.
Does sport mode come with a certain trim or package?

Mine feels a little sluggish on ECO but I expected the throttle to be less responsive in order to save gas. Off ECO seems fine. Either way I have not noticed any rough shifting, but mine is at less than 150 miles so far.

Eco mode definitely subsides the rough shifting. By that I mean when i take my foot off the pedal at medium speed the car jerks back. It happens intermittently like other have said. Sometimes the car downshifts at incorrect or unfavorable times. For example coming down a steep grade at 30 i stayed it 6th but then it unecessarily downshifted to 5th and the car ran in high rpm and jerked back. I haven't had any transmission flashes yet either.

No everyone should have it. Just click it down 1 more past drive to get to and from sport mode.
