I wish I knew what the dealer or body shop does to make this adjustment (what the OP pictured above). Although my 2015 is pretty good, I am a perfectionist and wouldn't mind mine just a tad more flush. It sounds like this is an easy adjustment for the body shop guy, but what the heck do they do to accomplish it? You can mess with the striker and catch all day long but they do not adjust whatsoever....right?

Finally took mine in for this today. They insisted I had to drop it off & leave it for the day. Now, 7 hours later I get the call "service manager said that is how it is supposed to be".

Now I get to complain to Jeep & go through more BS for something that according to this thread should have taken them 5 or 10 minutes to fix.
