Re: Doors unlock when parking and walking away, No Horn Honks
My 2013 JGC Overland unlocks on its own frequently. So far, as far as I know, only when I'm sitting near it down by the left rear wheel. Yesterday, it unlocked 3 times in a half hour. Really ticks me off as that's putting an unneeded voltage drain. I just get up and relock it with the button on the door handle. And, it doesn't seem to matter if I use the interior lock button, the exterior lock button or the fob.
The fob is in my dungaree pocket and, no, it's not being pressed by me. In fact, I just checked out the button pressure and it requires quite a bit of finger pressure to activate the locks with the fob.
I did notice an anomaly. It may be caused by my cell phone tthat is next to my chair. It's a LG G2 Android phone but iI'm not sure.
Other than that weird behavior, I love my Jeep.
