Re: Driver memory lost, and now no Easy Eentry/Exit Seats

It just happened to me also 2 days ago. I was washing my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 when memories and easy exit got lost. I tough it was a fuse problem but they seemed to be ok.
Then I got to this forum and tried what someone else said:
I turned on the start stop button, disabled the easy exit option from the UConnect screen, put driver seat all way back and forward, then I enabled the easy exit option again. Then magically seats memories and easy exit function where working again!
I remember that when cleaning the interior I pulled the driver seat all way back to clean better that part of the carpet, so maybe this was the cause of the malfunction.
Thank you guys for this forum, as I was worried to take my car to the dealership for this matter.
Sorry for my English, but we also buy and drive Jeeps in Mexico!

Angry Re: Driver memory lost, and now no Easy Eentry/Exit Seats

This happened to my a few days ago. I was sitting in my Jeep having lunch and pulled my seat all the way back. After turning on the vehicle, nothing happened. I thought about taking it to the dealership and have them look at it on my next oil change, but that was a couple of KM away. I decided to do a Google search and found this forum. Followed the instructions and it worked like a charm.

I can't believe that this issue has been going on for all these years and has not been addressed by Jeep. I will be bringing it to their attention at the dealership upon my next visit.

Great post.
