Driver speaker's are very quiet?

Noticed that the the tweeter and door speaker are very quiet. When I adjust the fade all the way to the front left I have music and sounds normal but with the volume maxed out its like having it on level 5. When I switch to passenger it sounds like it should, extremely load. Never experienced anything like this so I have no clue where to start. Any help would be much appreciated!

Is this a amp issue? Does anyone know if there is a reset?
