Re: Dual Pane sunroof and sunshade questions

They are not backlit on my 2013 JGC overland summit either, a bother really.

Re: Dual Pane sunroof and sunshade questions

No problems at all, I leave the sunshade open all the time, love the light coming in the vehicle, the sun seems blocked mostly by that dark tint of the glass.

Yup. Those buttons are not backlit and are not illuminated at all in my 2015 Overland. Dealer said same is true in his 2014 Ltd.

That sucks.. The things to skim out on is crazy.. If it comes with the sunroof it should come with the buttons lit in general. Its an upgrade that shouldnt be shorted if your paying for it.. Hopefully it can be lit and it was one of those things they just forgot to connect.. Anyone else with the pano roof and overland same year have the lights lit in there car or is it off?

14 Summit is lit. I bet there is a wiring issue. I don't think it is a Summit exclusive.

Re: Dual Pane sunroof and sunshade questions

Perhaps I am wrong about the dealer's model year.

Any 2015 Overlanders out there -- is your roof instrument cluster illuminated and/or backlit? (The controls for the panoramic roof and shade, not to be confused with the small light in the cluster that shines down on the console).

Re: Dual Pane sunroof and sunshade questions

Gosh darn.
Blow me down.
Bloody hell.

Mine ARE backlit. How the dealer and I both got that wrong, I have no idea. My apologies for wasting electrons and your time.
