Eco mode loves cool weather?

I had the transmission update that was available in early August done on my 14 Overland, but not the latest one. It improved the Eco Mode shifting some but not completely.

Since the weather has turned colder here in Michigan, the Eco Mode seems spot on. I'm not complaining of course, but wondered if anyone noticed a similar effect.

Mine doesn't do well, when cold. But once warmed up it does fine in the cool weather.
