Engine dies during braking

As the title state, once in a while the engine will die when coming to a stop or letting off the gas. Electronics and everything stay on. The RPM's dip way low and seconds later, it's dead. This happened before and the oil was dangerously low. The oil is fine right now. Stalled twice this morning on the way to work and once a couple days ago. Then, this afternoon, it wouldn't start right away. After the third push of the button, it seemed to start right up.

It's an '11 Laredo with the Hemi

Could it be the TIPM?

Any help from guys who've experienced is greatly appreciated
