Angry FCW/ACC issues

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland with 11K miles.

I have an ongoing issue with my FCW system that the dealership is unable to correct. The dash display warning BRAKE!! will appear and the warning beeps will also go off while the vehicle engages the brake all by itself. There appears to be no rhyme or reason when this happens. I am not in traffic, I am not following too closely and all three events always occur simultaneously. The vehicle has been to the dealership for programming and updates and the sensor has been replaced to no avail.

I have opened a ticket with Chrysler and will be following up with them, again, next week about this issue.

Has anyone had this issue and how was it finally resolved?

Thanks!

'14 Summit with 13k, exact same thing happened 4 times with clear road, clean lens all during daylight in case that matters.

2 of the times it applied ABS stutter style aggressive braking until I tapped the brake and it chilled out. 2 times were WARNING light and initial braking but by the time I perked up to do something it had released.

It's on my growing list of things for the dealer.
