Feeling fuel tank through cabin floor.

Today I had the pleasure of sitting in the back right side seat of my 2014 Laredo. I noticed that when the car braked or accelerated I could feel the tank beneath me moving. Not sure if it was just the fuel in it as it was a full tank or whether there was actual movement. Either way doesn't seem normal to me. Anyone else got this in their vehicles? Anyone know if it's normal.
