few small issues - advice appreciated

Have a 2015 summit with about 2k miles on it. Have developed a small evap leak around 800 miles that the dealer is trying to figure out, but when I brought it to the shop I also pointed out that the two headlights don't ever seem to be aiming at the same height. Delership tech and serviced advisor just kept harping on the "they level themselves" mantra and talking about how flat the land was. I'm sure they're a touch off which is frustrating for a brand new car. Not nearly as bad as the damn evap leak, but still annoying. They were at a loss and couldn't even figure out how to adjust the lights at all. Anyone know if that's something that can be done easily at home?

Maybe it's because I've had a check engine light on for about 1200 miles but I have to say there are numerous small things that really make me question build quality in such a new vehicle. Small annoyances like a whistle from either driver's side mirror or window anytime about 50mph and a brake pedal that squeaks upon return to a resting position.

Sorry to go on a rant, but needed to vent somewhere. If anyone has any advice or pointers I would love to hear them.

They shouldn't actually be at the same height.

If the driver side one is a bit lower and slightly to the right, that's exactly the way it should be to avoid blinding oncoming drivers.

Actually it seems that the passenger side is aimed a touch lower.

You can easily adjust the vertical aim from under the hood using a phillips head screwdriver.

Is it too low or is the driver's side too high?

Before you mess with it, you'll want to be sure.

Update on this EVAP leak please.. My 2015 summit v8 has the same issue.. 3 times its thrown the code and 3 times they just cleared it... They said if it comes back they'll fog the system to source it which has been a 3 week schedule Bc of them being backed up.. Missed the appointment Bc I moved to nyc from jersey and now waiting for a reply from the Manhattan dealership about a appt.. Drove damn near 2000k with a check engine light on Bc they don't consider it a emergency and are booked Bc of recalls.. Hoping Manhattans dealership differs..

Damn smh.. I'm starting to feel all these jeep dealerships suck.. I dealt with Hudson jeep in Nj and this check engine light issue with them left a sour taste with me.. If it was a lease I think I could be more passive about it but I planned on keeping this car buying all the bells and whistles with warranties.. Man all I can hope for is it being better then Hudson I guess.. But had I known that you need to do more research on the companies maintenance as I do know now I might of not dealt with jeep.. Anyways I will look into it.. I'm hoping the remedy for that EVAP leak wasn't anything hint crazy..
