If you ever hear of the mythical good dealer for service in the Washington DC area please let me know
I have had bad experiences continually with various dealer service departments in this area. This is my first Chrysler product so we will se how it goes. I believe it has more to do with the area, people here seem to come and go quickly and just don't give a crap. Where as my grandmother who lives in a small town in Pennsylvania gets phenomenal service and has for years, she deals with the same people every time and they know her and care about the work they do. I am a pretty laid back guy not overly anal or particular but just want a half decent job done when I pay money for it. I know a good bit abut cars but also know the limits of what can realistically be done in a home garage. I cringe with the thought of having to take it in for something and it shouldn't be that way.
