First Warranty work at 28k - 2012 V6 Overland

MIL Light came on yesterday (the light that looks like a little engine), and I noticed the Jeep was riding a bit rough at times (Spuddering up hills and at stop lights). Took it to the dealer today and they found fault code P0301 which is the #1 cylinder Misfire. They also found a related TSB for code #18-050-11. They downloaded the new software and reprogrammed PCM per TSB but the misfire was still present. They re-checked it and found a faulty ignition coil which caused a fouled spark plug. They replaced the #1 igniton coil and spark plug, then cleared the fault code and re-checked. Everything seems to be back to normal. Light is gone and Jeep is running smooth again. Total time spent at dealer was an hour 15 minutes.

This was my first issue with the Jeep. Everything has been running perfect up till now. Hopefully this was just a minor bump in the road and everything will be fine from here on out.

Wow sounds like a great Jeep dealer experience! Where was the dealer? Service like that deserves a mention
