Me too. I asked Service about it yesterday and they couldn't find anything on it.

Just took delivery of my V6 Overland. Was shipped on 12/27. Shifts are very smooth. Pleased with the acceleration in eco mode. Have not tested sport mode.

Re: FLASH: TRANSMISSION SHIFT ENHANCEMENTS (vehicles with 3.6L engine)

I just had the RRT recall done and the Transmission update as well. They didn't say anything to me about what revision was installed (I gave them the TSB with Rev. C on it). It seems to shift quite a bit smoother from 1-2 (which was bad at times but not horrible). Unless the next update makes it shift perfect or this turns to crap, I think I'm done with the tranny updates. The jeep has been good so far and just want to keep enjoying it.

Re: FLASH: TRANSMISSION SHIFT ENHANCEMENTS (vehicles with 3.6L engine)

So finally following the 4th software update that was attempted on my GC, they determined there was a larger problem, a "valve body" was determined to be defective. Come to find out, the valve body on this truck is the entire shift valve system and the Transmission Control Module, all in one. They had to completely reinitialize the module once installed, some extensive 15-20 miles driving exercise as well as software programming. Now the truck shifts perfectly up and down the gears. The only caveat is that there is still a little more abrupt shift into 1st when coming to a stop than I would like, but they attribute this to the Variable Valve timing keeping the revs slightly higher than ideal for this downshift.....sounds a little fishy to me.

Re: FLASH: TRANSMISSION SHIFT ENHANCEMENTS (vehicles with 3.6L engine)

Week 1 update with rev C (or D, who knows for sure really?).

So far so good. Smooth shifting, power when I need it, a lot less lag. In fact, it honestly feels like I'm driving with ECO mode off. It holds low gears longer (sometimes too long IMO... my poor MPGs) and it downshifts without hesitation. Extremely happy with this flash.

Maybe it hasn't been long enough for things to go south like they did before, so I'll hold my breath a little longer. But man, if it stays like this, I'll be a happy man.

Got it done today, really impressed with Eco mode now. Haven't tried the others yet, but I'm a happy man with this tranny update.

Re: FLASH: TRANSMISSION SHIFT ENHANCEMENTS (vehicles with 3.6L engine)

I got the latest reflash on 01/14/14, and after only a couple days, I'm happy to report that this is the smoothest my tranny has ever shifted...even in ECO mode in bumper to bumper traffic.

Got latest rev done last Monday and shifting is smooth as glass. My shifting was good after rev A but I wanted latest update and to see if it helps with couple MPG I lost with rev A. Will report back in couple weeks on MPG on latest rev.

Anyone else?

Mine is still doing fine. I forget date, but I posted in this thread when I had it done.
