We have two mastiffs, 95lbs and 125lbs...they aren't as tall as greyhounds but they do graze the headliner in our 2013. Have to go with seats down all the time lol...

This is the cover we ended up with:
Custom Cargo Area Liner - Covercraft
It's great because it covers the backs of seats and they split too. Only thing is that it is kind of slippery but my guys have gotten used to it now.
