Front Suspension Torque values...need help

can someone with access to a service manual please post torque values for the front suspension components?

I'm installing the RRO leveling kit soon. Specifically I'll need torque values for:

-Sway bar end links
-Upper control arm
-Tie rod end
-Lower strut bolt
-Upper strut mounting nuts

I'm sure there are others I'll need, but those are what's mentioned in the RRO installation instructions.
