Front Wheel Spins Freely When Jacked Up?

I rotated the tires on my JGC today. I disabled the Quadralift, left the car in park, applied the e-brake, and chocked the two wheels on the ground. When I tried to loosen the bolts on the front left wheel the entire spun freely. Only the front left wheel did this.

My question: Is that normal?

I thought Quadra-Drive II was basically full-time 4WD. So if the car is in Park, all four wheels should lock, right? I have had other 4WD vehicles and that was the case. Is there any reason why my front left wheel would not engage against the transmission when in Park?

I thought I would check to see if anyone else noticed this too or if there is some explanation before I called my dealer. I have had several drivetrain problems and I am wondering if this has something to do with it.

Thanks for any insight you can offer!

only one wheel one each axle will be a DRIVE wheel unless the ELSD kicks in. E stands for electronic so it comes on when the computer using 1700 sensors figures out which wheel is slipping and does its thing.

wk2jeeps.com should have all sorts of documentation on QDII.
