Fuel System Maintenance Kit
I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee with 15,500 miles which I am very happy with. With that said I brought it into the dealer for a routine oil change and when filling out the paperwork they said a "recommend" EFI fuel system maintenance was suggested at 15,000 miles. Honestly I didn't know any better so I say go ahead a do it. The cost was $132.00 for a fuel system maintenance kit and another $49.00 for a combustion chamber ionization kit.
There are so many knowledgable and informed people on this forum so I wanted to ask was this really necessary or did I get taken to the cleaners by the dealer for something which really isn't needed ?
