Like I said previously I had a terrible experience with my previous vehicle and dozens of legitimate TSBs that mandated the owner take corrective action. I think at times we are too demanding in approaching the dealer and stating do TSB x, y, and z when in reality the car is not demonstrating or may never demonstrate that issue. The Toyota acceleration issue cones to mind.
Many of the TSBs state "If the customer complains of the symptom". Some folks think that just because it's there, they have to have it.
Some feel it is so important they'll fight to get them done, even right before they trade the car in.
