Good and bad service departments

I was wondering...with all that I read about spotty service by Jeep service departments, is there any list of good/bad dealerships around?

I had a very good sales experience at Herb Chambers Jeep in Danvers, MA and the one experience I had with their service department was also very positive...but they are not convenient to where I live/work, and as a result I want to look for a dealership that may be closer for service. I don't want to go to a place that has problems, however...

Thanks for any advice.
