Lol the post you commented on is from 2012. He has had 2 different GCs since then, and no longer has flipper glass

Ah, foiled by the old thread...

Either way, if someone has similar symptoms (door locks, etc) it could be the same issue. Sometimes dirt or pocket fluff can get inside or contacts become weak and cause a button to not spring back to the home position properly.
