Hard shift at low speeds 2011 GC

I have a 2011 GC V6 and have started to notice hard shifts at low speeds - mechanical clunk that is felt throughout the car. Occurs when the trans is near a shift but not going fast enough to shift smoothly. Occasionally occurs on a down shift when stopping with a slow roll. Of course the car behaves and the mechanic can't reproduce the hard shift while in for service. Does anyone know of this issue?

Thanks - Bill

Re: Hard shift at low speeds 2011 GC

Just wondering if you ever found a resolution to this problem. I have a 2011 GC V6 with the EXACT problem and dealer can't duplicate problem. I shifts so hard sometimes I feel like i've been rear ended.
