Harmonica Balancer Removal, Bolt won't budge

Has anyone had to take this thing off? I used the biggest impact we have in my office's shop and that bolt will not budge. Tips? Ideas? Anything?

Re: Harmonica Balancer Removal, Bolt won't budge

Is it possibly a left hand thread?

Even if it isn't, it often helps to tighten a bolt a little before loosening.

Ended up finally getting this broken loose after about 5-10 minutes with his 700 ft lb reverse run. Fixed the belt whine from the walled pulley nice and easily.

Thanks for the input.

What size socket was needed to remove the bolt?
Lisle makes an 19mm extra thick wall impact socket for Honda harmonic balancers. The extra mass is suppose to help direct more energy removing bolts.
