Has any one noticed this?

I have a 2013 Overland with air suspension. I've noticed that when I turn off my Jeep and then restart fairly soon after I turn off, the car will raise up in height to the second level. This even occurs if I restart within several minutes. I can always lower the rig back down, I just find it strange and it seems quite reproducible. Anybody else notice this? Thx for feedback.

I have the same model but haven't noticed that happening. The suspension does settle when parked and moves up slightly when started but only back to the previous height. I will try it and check again though.

Re: Has any one noticed this?

My does this occasionally.
I've just learned to live with it.
There must be a glitch in the electronics.
Enjoy your vehicle.

I have the 2012, and this has happened to me a few times as well, except mine doesn't lower back down by itself.

Mine doesn't lower back down on it's own either. I do it manually by pushing the down button. It's not a big bother, but clearly a bug. I guess I'll live with it and bring it up at my next service appt.

For some reason , as I was writing my post yesterday, I thought that you'd said it lowers back down by itself. Guess I shouldn't post right after I wake up in the morning, wasn't quite awake yet. I wonder if there is a TSB for this. I haven't researched it yet but I thought I remembered reading something about it on one of the Jeep forums. I've gotten in the habit of glancing down at the control buttons and checking the height level before I put it in drive. I'll have mine checked by the dealer eventually.

Re: Has any one noticed this?

Mine is a '12 Overland and I've had this happen to me 3 or 4 times since new (about 20 months). No rhyme nor reason as to when/why it happens.....
