Thank you for reaching out to us. There is a TSB for this concern, but if your MFD is October 2015 you would be outside of the constraints for the TSB. I still have included the TSB below for the community to review.
I can certainly look further into the concern you are experiencing on your vehicle. We have different options for our seats, one is ventilated and one is not. Do you know if your seat is ventilated (Sales code CAJ)?
Front Heated Seats Improvements
This bulletin involves updating the Heated Seat Module (HSM) and replacing both front cushion, heater elements.

The customer may experience the heated seat feature may not control the temperature properly. The seat temperature could either be too warm or cold.
