Heater problem .....bend doors ? advice

2012 JGC Laredo with manual dual temperature controls

There is a 20~30 degree difference between the passenger and the driver side vents (left side cooler). This is also true with the upper windshield defrost vents. Temperature was fine for the first 9 months.

Assuming the actuator motors are working, could this be a faulty blend door ?
How many blend doors are there anyway ?

There are no reported faults.
