Help Me Identify These Zip Ties

My Grand Cherokee was in the shop for an oil pressure sensor that failed. One clips on the harness that goes to the PCV was broken. I stopped by the dealership to get a new clip but they didn't have the same type of clips. I have been having a hell of a time finding the correct zip ties so I am hoping you guys can help me out.

So the original is a brown zip tie with christmas tree clip extended about an inch out. It was replaced with a gray christmas tree clip that is not extended. Take a look at the attached pictures for clarification. I am looking for the brown ones. The gray one is the one that they used to replace the original brown zip tie.

If you're curious, this is on the 3.6L engine on the left side under the engine cover. It is the brown clip attached to the intake tube. The harness goes to the PCV valve.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I know I need to clean the engine bay.

I contacted the company website, you provided, but they do not sell to a private party. Also, I communicated with Chrysler customer care and they told me it is only the portion of engine wire harness, not a separate part. They can offer replacing the engine wire harness if I want. But, I do not like it. I visited local body shops last couple of day, they will call me if they find something similar.

More or less the same story I got. Definitely not worth risking breaking more stuff with an engine harness replacement for a zip tie.

Also, who is the idiot at Chrysler that decided to not ship zip ties as a separate replacement item? Zip ties are a consumable item when doing repairs, especially ones with clips.
