Re: Hemi oil cosumption

I now have 18,000 miles on my 2012 5.7l Larado X. I have changed oil every 3000 miles and have not had any consumption between changes.

Having the same issue after 1500 miles I had to put in over three quarters of a quart, havnt burned any oil until now, I guess I need to check it more often now. It is a 2012 with 20k on the clock, also my trans shudder is getting worse, but dealer states that to be normal. I will keep a close eye on the oil, and if it is still consuming oil in the upcoming months I will get back with what the dealer has to say.
