Horrible Shifting

I know there is a TSB on this, but the thread hasn't seen a lot of action lately and I'm wondering if those who had issues before are seeing dramatic improvement. Calling on Monday to get my new Overland in, because it is actually getting worse over the first 3500 miles. Impossible not to notice...sucks.

Re: Horrible Shifting

I assume you are talking about the v6. The shifting did improve with the TSBs but is nowhere near acceptable yet. Chrysler should be embarrassed by this product.

Yes, 2014 v6. This is what I'm worried about.

What does your service dept say after you take it in and it's still not up to par?

Re: Horrible Shifting

They pretty much ignore me and say it's normal.

Re: Horrible Shifting

Damn.

I'm hoping my update makes solid improvements, because right now it is horrible both on upshift and downshift. Going from one to two it's so slow and then all of a sudden jerks into power. And often times as I'm coasting into a turn, it sits idle at high rpms like it doesn't know what gear to be in.

I can live with a little slowness, but the herky jerky that is occurring now is a total PITA. Obviously not acceptable for a 50k ride.

Has anyone else had luck here?
