Re: Horrible squeaking

I am obviously new to this because I thought I had attached a picture. You can wait for me to find a teenager to show me how to attach a picture, or you can send me your regular personal e-mail address and I will attach the picture. However, there is an access panel on the side of the dash covering the driver side of the dash and curving around to the lower "A" post. It pops off with careful prying. Directly under it are two large bolts holding the casting to the lower "A" post. Mine took two turns each to fully tighten. (an assembly problem, no doubt).

Re: Horrible squeaking

Have a 2013 that was squeaking from drivers dash. I first noticed when passing trucks at 75 mph. The wind buffeting caused noise. The squeaking became more frequent with every bump in road.
I checked bolts on side of dash were tight, adjusted hood stops, ty wrapped windshield washer hose to hood hinge. All solutions I found on this forum but did not stop squeaking.
Then I tried TSB 23-022-12A and it worked. This TSB is for 2011-12 but my 2013 needed the drivers side hood hinge adjustment. You can lift up on hood near windshield drivers side and hear the noise. After adjustment all quiet.
