How to "burp" or air bleed 2012 JGC With 5.7 Hemi
I'm pretty sure i have some air stuck in my cooling system. It's gurgling like crazy. I was going to put it up on stands at an angle in my garage and try to get the air out. The coolant tank is a bit low so i will add some coolant in there while i'm at it. I just want to know the proper procedure for this so I make sure I do it corrrectly. I dont want to be messing with this multiple times to get it right. Should i just take the cap of the radiator and start the car? How long do i let it run? Last time i did this on another car it started boiling over after a few minutes. Or is there a bleed screw somewhere in the cooling systems on these jeeps? Thanks!
