I guess people go for limited because they want to avoid the air suspension, or avoid the wood steering wheel.
Your last sentence is exactly why I ordered a limited. I coulda had an overland for the same price with my options but disliked ql and wood wheel. That's what I like about jeep they have alot of different options and not too many restrictions on what u can get on different models. I had to order since limiteds are hard to find. Kinda "limited" if I know what I mean hardy har har. Also right after I ordered mine jeep quit offering stone white, and also no more Lux package. So I got my "limited" limited just in time...

I don't think there is a hold on Lux2. There is a holed on Advanced Warning/Adaptive Cruise on limited.

My late build 2011 overland has 18500 trouble free miles.

Re: How's reliability if without Air Suspension? (Just checked truedelta.com)

I have a 2011 Overland built in 12/2010 with 17,000 miles. I've had the right rear turn signal burn out which I replaced myself. Wipers started to streak so I replaced them with Anco wipers. I also just checked the cabin air filter and it was filthy, so I will be going to Napa to get a replacement today.

Ohhh the problems that I've had with my Jeep..... I've had so many issues with this one, I might have to trade it in..... for another

For the air suspension, I don't expect it to be problem free for 15 years. Show me one that has. If/when I do have an issue with it, if it is outside of warrenty, I'll learn how to fix it myself or by that time, I'm sure that there will be after market replacements that will likely be better.

This has been my first Jeep, and we liked it so much we got my wife a wrangler. So far, it looks like I will be a return Jeep customer for a while.

I do miss the service that I got with BMW, but I was also having to get that service far to often when I had my 325xi.

Re: How's reliability if without Air Suspension? (Just checked truedelta.com)

I have a 10/10 build date Laredo w/ V6 and OR I, just hit 20k miles and it's been flawless. Probably the best overall vehicle I've had. Very tight, no rattles at all, suspension components are all in great shape, etc. I had the software update for the transmission shifting weird and it's been fine since.

I would highly recommend the WK2 based on my experience. Keep in mind that a lot of people try and find things wrong with their vehicles and complain about little things because they're too lazy to figure them out on their own. Half the posts on here and Jeep Forum and people complaining about things that can be solved by replacing a light bulb, a battery, or a 5 minute trip to the dealer and covered under warranty.

Also keep in mind that air suspensions are very complex and no matter what vehicle/manufacturer, there are a lot more things to go wrong than a regular suspension. That's going to be the case no matter what brand you look at.
