HVAC Too hot - TSB!

I would call customer service and open a case saying it has the same symptoms as described in the TSB. Get it logged and maybe they will expand the build dates to include yours.

Re: HVAC Too hot - TSB!

I posted this in another thread, so I admit to repeating myself.

My early build was fine in this regard, until they did the update for the HVAC problem when remote starting. After that the too hot issue raised its head. I never said anything to the dealer, knowing that Jeep was working on a fix. I was very surprised that they excluded early build vehicles. But, very few people (relatively speaking) may have had the remote start issued addressed because they don't remote start. I didn't ask for that update, but my dealer tends to apply any available.

Now that the outside temp is higher, things are ok. The problem will probably return with the first cool day of fall, when the Jeep is left in the sun.
