I changed out my DRL bulb and noticed this...

Is this normal for the bulb connector to look burnt? Both the driver and passenger side look the same. Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: I changed out my DRL bulb and noticed this...

There have been numerous reports here. There is a long thread on the subject somewhere. Most also have discoloration of the reflector directly above the bulb.

You're not alone.

In addition I have also gone through four DRL bulbs in the last 5 months.

Went a year and a half with no issues. Now, not so much.
