Wish the Jeep dealerships in my area did this. All I get is:
Jeep Dealership: "What's your VIN number", they then punch the number in the computer..."Nope, nothing available for your vehicle Sir".
Still dealing with my transmission downshifting rough into 1st gear coming to a full stop from a crawl (in ECO mode or not). Happens mostly when the vehicle hasn't reached "operating temperature" yet...as if it's hanging onto 2nd gear too long. Started at about 5,000 miles...so I did the battery disconnect thing, and nothing...still downshifts rough into 1st gear.
My next step is to file a complaint with Chrysler Customer Care.
